1920 Sarah Annie Lee.
This photo was kindly given to us by Trevor Lee, who writes:
"Sarah Annie Lee b. Spratton 1897, 3rd daughter of William Lee & Elizabeth (nee Griffin). Died at the Maghull Home for Epileptics near Liverpool (a ground-breaking, very positively received establishment at the time) and never married. Maghull clearly released its patients for periods of time as she is believed to have been resident from some time in the 1910s.
Photograph believed to have been taken in 1920, but could have been slightly earlier.
The photograph shows a locket around Sarah's neck and the other image shows the photographs that were in it. No idea who any of the people are, or even where they are from, but they don't seem to match any family members that we have photographs of. The back of the photograph of the seated soldier has something like "Chamberl" written on it. Part of a name, or an address perhaps? Did the soldier(s) make it through WW1? Who knows!"
