    • Inherited land in Ravensthorpe in 1776 from his uncle Andrew (or Anthony) Landsbury. Accepted into Creaton Independent Church 1804. Appointed trustee of the recently rebuilt Creaton Chapel in 1793. Provided the land & supplemented the money raised by the Creaton Chapel to build the Baptist Chapel in Spratton, "an outpost for the freedom of worship for dissenters" (Recorded in the bible of given to the chapel by Alice's father), opened 1806
