1907
Church of England School children with Charles Branson and his four sons, Albert (aged 10), Charles (aged 7), Arthur (aged 5), and Dick (aged 3) on horseback. Note that the children have been carefully posed and are dressed smartly with polished boots and warm clothing including their Eton collars. It is thought that this stable block was towards the bottom of Smith Street, opposite the wall above Home Farm (this being probably the wall across the road/track visible in the photograph) - Charles Branson's haulage business operated from this location.
