'Northbank', 12 Manor Road. Grade II Listing states that it is late 18C, but more likely to be late 1600s or early 1700s (the date stone is unreadable). To the east is the later addition 'Northbank Cottage', which was almost certainly two cottages sharing a single central chimney as evidenced by the thick walls at both end and on the chimney line. To the west of No 12 was, undoubtedly, another cottage and this cottage has been raised (different stone work evident on the south elevation), when it would have been converted from thatch.
